It's a comfortable base for rest while in Manila. At a near distance from Watsons Newport, walkable. Will come back, nothing too much trouble, loved it very much.

Quiet atmosphere, exceptional setting, comfortable rooms. First-rate service and simple check in too. Perfect beds, pleasant views.

very clean apartment with private parking. there was cafe belmont with goodies within 5 minutes' walk, we appreciated it. it had climate control, a seating area and a couch bed, plus a view over street. it's wifi is fast, btw.
